Responsibilities

Requirements
- Demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development through the life span, possess the ability to recognize and report data reflective of the patients' status and identify each patient's
- Provide basic nursing care.

- Remain within close proximity of the patient at all times.
- Assist assigned patients with activities of daily living. (Body Mechanics, Bathing, Feeding, Inputs and Outputs, Restraints, PPE, Vitals, Blood sugar checks) Document care and patient's activity.
- Appropriately report patient observations and changes in patient status to licensed staff.
