- This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining wage incentive plans, conducting labor and staffing analyses, and providing data-driven recommendations to support production goals.
- The role partners closely with production, engineering, maintenance, and labor teams to optimize personnel and equipment utilization while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

- What You Will Do Develop and maintain time standards, paperwork rates, and incentive wage plans while evaluating ergonomic and motion-related factors within manufacturing positions. Analyze staffing
- requirements and determine labor needs based on production demand fluctuations and plant capacity.
- Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams to perform efficiency studies, support capital expenditure justifications, and recommend facility layout improvements.
- Participate in and support continuous improvement initiatives while serving as a resource to production teams.
