- You'll build our advisory function from the ground up – sourcing clients, constructing portfolios, owning relationships, and writing the playbook every advisor we hire after you will follow.
- You'll sit inside the Wealth team, work directly with the founders, and own a book of business from day one.
- What you'll do - Source and onboard advisory clients, drawing from ARQ's existing user base and from your own network and outbound efforts - Build and manage personalized portfolios across the products ARQ offers - Own the full client relationship lifecycle: discovery, onboarding, review, and retention - Bring insights from clients back to product to shape what ARQ builds next - Define what "an ARQ advisor" looks like – your standards, processes, and tooling become the template for every advisor we hire
