Requirements
- You'll work closely with engineering in an AI-native development environment, move fast, and help define how a diagnostic platform operates at scale.

- What You'll Do Define and maintain the platform roadmap with clear prioritization and tradeoff logic Partner with engineering to ship reliable, scalable solutions across multiple test types Drive automation that reduces cost per study, cycle time, and manual touches Establish metrics that tell you whether the system is actually healthy Work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and compliance stakeholders Identify where AI meaningfully improves how the platform operates , and help make it happen
- experience Proven track record of owning and shipping a product while working closely with engineering teams Demonstrate ability to manage complex stakeholder environments with competing priorities Comfort with ambiguity and complex cross-team dependencies Hands-on
- experience with AI tools , at work or on your own time Healthcare, diagnostics, or regulated environment
