• You will: - Own the recruiting pipeline end to end, from sourcing to offer, across factory floor, engineering, software, sales, and corporate roles - Build sourcing channels that reach machinists, saw operators, software engineers, and operators who do not show up on LinkedIn - Run a fast, high-signal interview process that protects the bar without slowing the company down - Stand up HR infrastructure: handbook, policies, benefits, payroll, compliance, immigration, performance reviews, comp bands - Manage
