Responsibilities
- Support transformation projects across manufacturing, assembly and testing.
- Support digital manufacturing tools rollout (MES, digital instructions).
- Support inventory reduction initiatives.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs.
- Ensure alignment between Engineering, Supply Chain and Production. Minimum
Requirements
- Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. Minimum of 8 years of
- experience in complex manufacturing environments. Proven
- experience in leadership and transformation initiatives. Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing transformation programs.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives.

- Responsibilities Operations & Flow Optimization Redesign workspaces, production cells and logistics areas.
- Standardization & Digital Manufacturing Develop and deploy standard work and planning processes.
- Material Flow & Inventory Improve internal logistics and material handling.
- Lean & Performance Management Implement Lean principles across operations.
