Integration Engineer

Responsibilities

Design solutions & drive technical implementation of new and existing impact.com clients
Lead technical conversations to scope and propose best solution based on clients’ business needs
Develop and contribute to platform’s technical integration documentation
Troubleshoot client issues as encountered during the onboarding process What You Bring:

Provide customers with basic training and guidance on platform usage during the onboarding phase, and offer necessary assistance and support to customers with migration needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Maths or Science or Commerce related discipline
2-4 years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology focused company. Familiarity of affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.
experience in the design and implementation of client solutions on SaaS platforms, preferably in digital marketing domain
Natural curiosity leading to a deep understanding of the client’s challenges
Excellent verbal & written communication in English, including the ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience
experience in utilizing web technologies including but not limited to HTML, JavaScript, SQL and REST APIs
