Responsibilities

Drive efficiency and smart resource allocation: Evaluate team structures and workflows to maximize throughput.
Identify where manual effort can be replaced with automation and tooling.
Ensure teams are equipped with modern, efficient workflows.
Implement AI-assisted development: Evaluate and deploy AI tooling (copilot, automated code review, test generation) to increase developer productivity.
Own execution and delivery: Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans.
Track KPIs, manage throughput, and ensure teams deliver on time and to specification.
Represent engineering to stakeholders: Serve as a credible technical voice in customer conversations when needed.

experience managing managers Strong track record improving engineering quality, velocity, and efficiency Deep expertise in modern SDLC: CI/CD, automated testing, code review processes, release management at scale
Experience operating in high-frequency release environments with demanding SLAs Technical credibility to evaluate architecture decisions and hold senior engineers accountable
Experience implementing AI-assisted development workflows Background in security or related technical domains (or demonstrated ability to ramp quickly)
