- About the Role Unify is redefining go-to-market with state-of-the-art AI.
- What You’ll Do - Scale Unify: Ensure that Unify can scale to support our hyper growth and provide a stable platform for large scale customers such as Cursor, Perplexity and Decagon - Drive the technical roadmap: Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM stakeholders to translate ambiguous business goals into a clear, phased engineering plan.
- experience - Deep, hands-on expertise scaling and operating PostgreSQL—designing partitioned/sharded schemas, tuning indexes and queries, automating backups and observability, and running resilient multi-TB clusters with replication and failover. - Proven track record of shipping high-impact, production-grade systems at scale.
