Requirements

- Experience in establishing and driving the adoption of standard project documentation, tools, and best practices Ability and willingness to work with global team members across different time zones Proficient knowledge of technical systems implementation and software development lifecycle management Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver effective presentations Ability to bridge high-level objectives with project details and vice versa Strong organizational planning
- experience in a technical project management environment Bachelor's degree or equivalent

- The base salary range for this job family is 63,000 to 222,000 USD annually.
- This range reflects the base pay the company reasonably expects to offer for this position, aligned to the broader job family base pay structure.
- Actual base pay may vary based on skills, experience, and location, including job family level.
- In addition to base pay, Arctic Wolf offers variable incentive compensation, new hire equity grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

- About the Role The Senior Information Systems Project Manager collaborates with technical and leadership stakeholders from project initiation through implementation to successfully manage Arctic Wolf’s cross-functional IT, Security, and Business Applications projects, programs, and processes.
- Responsibilities Collaborate with IT staff, 3rd party vendors, and business stakeholders on multiple, concurrent projects with the IT, Security, and Business Applications organizations Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to project, management, and senior executive teams Communicate with stakeholders regularly to manage expectations and to provide project updates on scope, budget, and timing Exhibit critical thinking by seeing outcomes and providing direction when there are multiple
