Requirements
- The qualified candidate should have good technical troubleshooting skills and excellent communication skills, both written and oral,and contribute to a highly productive team environment.
- Basic Knowledge of supporting mobile devices and app Basic Knowledge of virus and malware removal techniques Attention to detail Ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Communicate effectively both oral and in writing Exceptional customer service orientation The ability to lift up to 50 lbs Your
- experience includes: Minimum of High School diploma, Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Information technology or related field preferred 2+ years of IT related work
- experience Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), or equivalent field experience are a plus VOIP
