Responsibilities
- Support sales leadership to drive expected weekly cadence for forecasting, pipeline generation, pipeline progression and closing deals
- Optimize GTM strategy including core sales processes and productivity drivers, infrastructure and automation, regional performance
- Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure & resourcing and account assignments
- Lead annual planning activities, including revenue growth projections and headcount planning
- Develop and deliver presentations to senior leaders and executives
- Manage and mentor a team of revenue operations professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning Who You Are 10+ years of proven
- Track record in excellent process design and documentation, ideally including onboarding process optimization in regulated payments organizations •

- As Marqeta’s Director, Go-To-Market Strategy & Operations , you will be responsible for helping define the strategy and operations of a best-in-class sales force, as well as driving reporting and insights for the GTM sales organization.
- experience managing a best-in-class, complex Sales Operations function supporting growth in a FinTech / modern payments sales environment
- Experience successfully managing large-scale complex projects/programs
- Ability to not only think strategically, but also follow through in execution and operations

- Compensation is aligned according to three tiers within the United States:
- Premium : Slightly elevated from the National tier, and oriented toward a narrower set of higher cost-of-living areas, such as Los Angeles CA and Seattle WA
- Premium Plus : A tier for the most expensive working areas, like the San Francisco Bay area and New York City.
- When determining salaries, we consider several factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior experience, and work location. The new-hire base salary range for this position is:
- National: $187,000 - $233,800
- Premium: $202,400 - $253,000
- Premium Plus: $220,000 - $275,000
