Responsibilities
- - Build cross-functional product launch playbooks (Alpha → Beta → GA) covering user rollout, enablement materials, and client education.
- - Deliver project dashboards, KPI specs, short playbooks, and regular update cadences for every initiative.

- - Redesign implementation workflows to lift site go-live throughput with the same team capacity.
- - Cross-functional partners across Product, GTM, Care Transformation, and Finance view the BizOps function as a reliable, high-output execution partner.
- WHAT WE LOOK FOR (MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS) - 4–8 years in top-tier consulting, BizOps, strategy, or founder/operator roles with clear 0→1 delivery.
- - Strong analytical capability — comfort with Excel/Sheets, reading SQL/BI output, and backing recommendations with data.
- QUALIFICATIONS - Healthcare or other regulated industry experience. - Hands-on familiarity with modern data stacks as a consumer or partner, such as Snowflake, dbt, and Sigma. -
- Experience building operating cadences in high-growth SaaS startups. - Familiarity with CRM and RevOps tooling.

- PAY TRANSPARENCY The base compensation for this role is approximately $170,000 to $200,000 per year, excluding equity or bonus targets.

- SUMMARY Ambience is looking for a Business Operations Lead to serve as an internal operator — taking vague, high-leverage problems and converting them into shipped outcomes that move company KPIs.
- In this role, you will own cross-functional projects that fall between existing team boundaries, build source-of-truth insights, drive execution from scope through handoff, and stand up the processes and new verticals that allow the company to scale.
- This is a highly cross-functional operator role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds durable systems from scratch, and raises the bar for execution rigor across an entire organization.
