Responsibilities
- RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, coordinate, and lead activities on technically challenging assignments Develop multiple concepts related to meeting a customer need Evaluate and recommend engineering and design solutions Create and present reports summarizing technical analysis and business viability to varied audiences Maintain primary technical communication responsibility, lead tactical discussions, and effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external customers and staff.
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in engineering
- Experience as a design engineer on a cross-functional engineering team Strong aptitude for process improvement, problem solving, technical execution, and project management
- Experience delivering products from ideation through commercialization using a gated design review process 7-15 years engineering or technical experience CAD
- experience required NICE TO HAVE Experienced knowledge of lean, manufacturing, design, and quality systems Demonstrated ability with dimensional engineering and tolerance/variation analysis
- Experience as a design or project lead on a cross-functional engineering team
- Experience with Autodesk, FEA, MS Office, BAAN, and MES PAY RANGE: $101,176.00 - $156,824.00 CULTURE AND
