- Ability to pick up and learn new systems and procedures easily.
- Computer skills, including Microsoft suite applications.

- About the Role : We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Field Planner to join our team at our Pinjarra Refinery, the role is a Monday to Friday position.
- Being a Maintenance field Planner at Alcoa, you will play a pivotal role within a dedicated operations centre coordinating all major maintenance activities.
- From balancing current and predicted equipment condition information to efficiently scheduling and communicating within the operations.
- Key Responsibilites include: Overseeing and executing the 5-week planning process, Planning for routine planned and ad-hoc maintenance activities, Scheduling resources and coordinating activities across the various departments, Supporting the maintenance budgeting and cost control process, and Supporting continuous improvement through the standardised Reliability Excellence process What’s on offer: Career development opportunities to pursue your passion.
