Responsibilities

Lead construction projects from planning and budgeting through execution and closeout.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved safely and efficiently.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver projects on time and within scope.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, regulatory, and company standards.

Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex construction or industrial projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of construction practices, project controls, contractor management, and safety programs.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships across all levels of the organization. Work Environment

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a Construction Manager II to lead and oversee capital construction projects, ensuring safe execution, operational excellence, and successful project delivery.
This role partners closely with plant operations, contractors, engineering teams, and stakeholders to manage projects from planning through completion.
