Responsibilities
- Support the team by providing direction, clarity and removing obstacles.
- Establish career development plans and achievable goals for your reports and support their ongoing growth.
- Develop and mentor careers of team members by executing regular one on ones, helping them grow their technical and leadership skills.

Requirements
- We’re looking for a Manager, R&D to be a part of making this happen Position Overview and Objective The manager for the Managed Risk team has a strong backend development skills ( Python, Go) , hands-on cloud
- experience ( AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) , and deep familiarity with automation testing using test management tools like X-ray or similar, CI/CD (GitHub Actions). They bring
- experience managing high-performing teams and building test environments to improve quality of the product as well as emerging AI/LLM technologies ( AWS Bedrock Flows, Databricks MLFlow ).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity and Vulnerability Management / Exposure Management is essential, along with the ability to guide architecture, product roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and other functional areas.
- Bachelor’s degree (BS) or Master’s degree (MS) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required.

Experience
- Requirements: 10 to 15 years of relevant professional experience.
