Responsibilities

Requirements
- The IT Go-to-Market organization builds and operates the technology platforms that power Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.
- As a Senior Product Manager on the IT Go-to-Market (GTM) team, you will own internal technology products that support critical GTM capabilities such as CRM platforms, lead-to-quote workflows, sales productivity tools, and marketing automation systems.
- Partner with enablement and change management teams to drive adoption of new GTM capabilities
- experience in product management, ideally supporting enterprise or internal technology platforms •
- Experience working with Go-to-Market systems such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, or lead-to-quote workflows
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile delivery environments
- Technical fluency in enterprise systems, integrations, and SaaS platforms
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to diverse audiences •
- Experience with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled GTM workflows or automation tools •
- Experience using product metrics and analytics to guide decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) About MongoDB

- Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
- Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other
