Responsibilities

Perform patient examinations, compile appropriate patient information and documentation.
Review patient reports and make appropriate recommendations and refill medications. Monday-Friday, 8-5.

What We Require: Education: Graduate of an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
Experience: 0 Licensure/Certification: Current state Licensed Nurse Practitioner (LNP), DEA license and Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
AHA BLS-HCP certification required.
Advanced Life Support certification preferred.

The APP will assist physicians and other nursing personnel in the delivery of primary health care and patient care.
qualifications: Able to work collaboratively with physicians and other health care providers.
Computer literacy required for automated computer systems, including electronic medical records. Compensation Range: $107,993.60 - $172,785.60 Employee pay is based on a variety of factors, including qualifications, credentials, education, and prior work experience.
