- ABOUT THE ROLE As an early Engineering Manager at Unify GTM, you’ll be stepping into a rare opportunity: shaping the DNA of an early-stage, high-velocity engineering org that’s building with the leading edge of AI.
- OUR STACK We use a modern, high-performance stack: TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, Temporal, and LLMs.
- Familiarity is great, but what matters most is your ability to learn fast, lead with curiosity, and raise the bar.
Experience
- WHO YOU ARE: - You bring 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years of engineering management in fast-moving environments.

- COMPENSATION The annual salary range for this role is $225,000-$295,000 (based on experience), with a target equity package and comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) options.

- - Lead by example: Participate in code reviews, design conversations, and incident response to stay close to the craft.
