  • ABOUT THE ROLE As an early Engineering Manager at Unify GTM, you’ll be stepping into a rare opportunity: shaping the DNA of an early-stage, high-velocity engineering org that’s building with the leading edge of AI.
  • OUR STACK We use a modern, high-performance stack: TypeScript, Prisma, PostgreSQL, Kubernetes, Pulsar, ClickHouse, Temporal, and LLMs.
  • Familiarity is great, but what matters most is your ability to learn fast, lead with curiosity, and raise the bar.

Experience

  • WHO YOU ARE: - You bring 6+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years of engineering management in fast-moving environments.
