Maintain Legal's document and contract repositories in Google Drive - naming conventions, folder structure, access controls

Track corporate records, manage filing deadlines, and ensure timely submissions across jurisdictions
Maintain compliance calendars with visibility across Finance, HR, and Legal

Proactively identify new AI automation opportunities and help drive implementation alongside the Sr. Legal Ops Manager
experience in a legal assistant, paralegal, or similar operational role (in-house or law firm).
Genuine comfort with AI tools, and a proactive mindset toward using technology to improve how you work. •
Experience managing documents, calendars, and administrative workflows at volume.
Ability to juggle multiple workstreams and shift priorities without dropping the ball.
