• ROLE AT A GLANCE Gecko’s Deployment Leads are the driving force behind delivering Cantilever—our AI-powered data platform—into the hands of customers.
• WHAT YOU WILL DO - Serve as the primary owner of 1–2 high-impact customer deployments, acting as the bridge between Gecko’s platform and customer business value.
• experience in roles such as product management, strategic account management, consulting, business development, or program delivery — ideally with a blend of these that shows you can flex across strategic thinking, customer engagement, and execution.
• - Proven ability to identify and prioritize high-value business problems, even in industries or domains you’re new to.
• - Strong communication skills with the ability to navigate tough stakeholder conversations and align cross-functional teams.
• Experience working closely with or within enterprise software organizations. - Willing and able to travel 50% of the time or as needed. Preferred Skills - Background in engineering or
• experience working closely with technical teams. - Prior work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments (startups, consulting, etc.). - Strong analytical instincts with the ability to dive into data and extract insights.
