Responsibilities

- Support the end-to-end contract lifecycle , from bid support through to contract award, execution and close-out Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including government contracts, commercial agreements, NDAs, and licensing deals Support proposal development by reviewing terms and conditions and contributing to commercial strategies Identify and manage contractual and regulatory risk in complex, multi-jurisdictional environments Support IP and licensing matters ,

- Qualifications: Degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, LPC, or a related field
- Experience in contract management, paralegal work, or a similar role A commercial mindset - you understand that contracts are about enabling business, not blocking it Strong understanding of legal principles, particularly in regulatory compliance and contract law Strong grounding in contract law, compliance, and risk management Exposure to IP, licensing, or data rights is highly desirable Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities Able to operate independently while
