Responsibilities
- Review code for maintainability, performance, security, and adherence to established engineering standards and best practices.
- Build and maintain tools, automation, and processes that improve software delivery, release readiness, and developer productivity.
- Mentor developers through technical guidance, documentation, training, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that promote team growth.
- Improve coding standards, reusable design patterns, team workflows, and engineering practices while accurately estimating work, identifying risks, and delivering high-quality solutions on schedule.
Requirements
- You will leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve delivery speed, quality, and engineering productivity while helping build scalable, cloud-native applications.
- Leverage AI-assisted development practices to improve software delivery speed, code quality, testing effectiveness, and documentation.
- experience in software engineering and modern application development, with
- experience in cloud technologies, AI-assisted development, or related technical domains, with working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Strong software engineering expertise in one or more technologies such as Python, C#, Node.js, or similar modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Experience with software design, automated testing, CI/CD practices, code reviews, secure coding principles, and Agile software delivery methodologies.
- Ability to effectively utilize AI coding tools and coding agents for software development, code reviews, testing, documentation, and productivity improvements.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, debugging, communication, collaboration, and mentorship skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and business domains.
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
