- ABOUT THE ROLE: We're looking for recruitment coordinators to work directly with the sales and engineering team to build the most efficient recruiting systems in the market.
- You will work on the highest-priority accounts to source ad-hoc experts to the Terac panel.
- You're someone who thrives in ambiguity, has exceptional judgment, and can context-switch between strategic planning, tactical execution, and people operations.
- YOU WILL: - Coordinate the delivery of experts to our highest-value projects - Work with the CEO/CTO to design important recruitment frameworks - Oversee and orchestrate the work of 10,000s of experts on our platform - Ensure execution under demanding timelines - Diagnose bottlenecks, restructure workflows, and implement solutions that improve quality, throughput, and cost-efficiency - Continuously refine recruitment, onboarding, and activation funnels, using data to boost participant retention and
- Experience attracting world-class talent in short time frames. - Comfortable working directly with high-profile clients. - Bias to action: You will operate with a high-level of agency.
