- About the Role As the Contractor Management and Performance Manager based at WA Mining, you will lead the governance, performance, strategic management, and overall portfolio of contractors across Alcoa’s mining operations.
- This is a permanent role working on a Monday to Friday roster based at our Huntly Operations.
- You will play a critical role in strengthening contractor oversight, improving safety outcomes, productivity performance, and driving cost discipline across key areas including pre-mining, operations, maintenance, rehabilitation, and project delivery. In this role,
