Responsibilities
- Support talent pipeline and leadership development programs with a commitment to inclusion.
- Coordinate and track training plans for associates to include safety, quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
- Train and develop training team leads and line trainers.
- Collaborate with leaders in the creation and reporting of metrics that show business impact Partner with leaders and support functions to deliver solutions for business problems and strategic impacts.
- Deliver and sustain training initiatives and programs that drive retention, employee engagement and business performance.
Requirements
- Use a variety of mediums: hands on training, classroom, on the job, e-learning, and virtual.
- experience with lean, safety and quality manufacturing concepts, processes and workforce training methods.
- Associates degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, industrial safety, HR, or instructional design.
- Understanding of adult learning, on the job training, and instructional design techniques.

- Minimum 3 years manufacturing, logistics or industrial experience, including 2 with training or coaching responsibilities.
