Responsibilities
- Perform acceptance and maintenance electrical testing under limited supervision.
- Test for de-energized locked out/tagged out equipment.
- Test Equipment
- Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness of test equipment and work areas.
- Ensure tools and equipment are kept in good condition. Report Writing
- Write detailed reports on test results and findings.
- Ensure reports are accurate and submitted in a timely manner. Basic Measurements
- Perform basic electrical measurements under the guidance of senior technicians.

Requirements
- The Field Service Technician (NETA 2) performs basic electrical inspections, tests, and measurements, and is responsible for data collection.
- The role includes setting up and removing test equipment, conducting basic acceptance and maintenance testing, and cleaning.
- responsibilities and tasks as required to support the organization's goals and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Must have a satisfactory background/MVR check.
- Must pass a pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and/or random drug test.
- Must have reliable transportation and possess a valid driver’s license.
- Basic understanding of electrical theory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail.
- High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree from an accredited 2-year technical college or trade school preferred.
- NETA certification level 2 preferred.
- OSHA 30-hour, MSHA, NFPA 70-E, CPR/First Aid/BBP/AED, Power DB training a plus. Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk, stand, climb, pull, push, sit, and work in a cramped or confined space.
