Responsibilities
- Own high-priority strategic and operational initiatives that shape MongoDB’s growth, efficiency, and long-term scale
- Develop executive-facing business cases and recommendations for key product and infrastructure decisions, including scenario analysis and trade-off evaluation
- Manage relationships and contract negotiations with hyperscalers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure)
- Build and refine gross margin analyses and forecasting frameworks across MongoDB’s core and emerging businesses Requirements 2-5 years of

Requirements
- You will work directly with senior leaders across finance, product, and analytics, including regular exposure to C-suite on high-stakes questions that shape how MongoDB scales.
- The scope spans strategic planning, business case development for new products, and partnerships with AWS, Google Cloud, etc..
- experience in business strategy and operations, preferably at least 2 years as a management consultant or at a data-driven product/technology company
- Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to distill complex findings into concise, compelling narratives
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills (or Google Suite equivalent) •
- Experience with using SQL to retrieve and manipulate data is a plus
- BA/BS in a quantitative or business-related field Success Measures

- Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location.
- Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other

- MongoDB is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy Senior Analyst to join a small, high-impact team working on some of the company’s most important strategic and financial priorities.
