Responsibilities
- Track, analyze, and interpret sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across pipeline performance and revenue outcomes.
- Design, build, and maintain key sales dashboards and reporting frameworks, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment across the organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations that communicate key sales performance metrics and pipeline health.
- Produce monthly and quarterly executive summaries highlighting performance trends, key insights, risks, and recommended actions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in sales data to inform strategic decision-making and performance improvements.
- Conduct analyses to support sales initiatives, market expansion opportunities, and sales productivity improvements.
- Oversee key sales performance metrics and monitor pipeline health to ensure data is accurate, reliable, and actionable.
- Build and maintain reporting solutions primarily using Salesforce and Power BI, incorporating data from additional sources such as Outreach, Zuora, and internal data warehouses when required.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, enablement, and services teams to ensure consistent reporting and alignment across the business.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 8+ years of
- experience in sales analytics, business intelligence, revenue operations, or a similar analytical role within a SaaS or technology organization. Advanced
- experience working with Salesforce data, including reporting and dashboards, pipeline reporting, forecasting analysis, and sales performance metrics.
- Proficiency in Power BI for building dashboards and visualizing business performance data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of how sales organizations operate, measure performance and scale. Demonstrated
- Ability to operate independently and manage multiple reporting priorities in a fast-paced SAAS environment.
