Machine Operator (Gliding Door, 1st Shift 4x10)

  • RESPONSIBILITIES: Select proper material Inspect material Machine product Assure quality standards understood and they are met Ability to constructively work with others Perform Safety audits Follow standard work, control plans, and written work instructions Participate in continuous improvement process and other lean initiatives Coach and train new associates Change and install tooling (when applicable) Compile daily production reports Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment Identify shortages
  • REQUIREMENTS: High School Graduate/GED or prior Eagle Window and Door employment Basic reading, writing, and math skills Ability to use measuring equipment and read prints Basic product knowledge Understanding of related safety policies and procedures Physical ability to perform job duties Ability to lift and maneuver product.
