- Qualifications Required 5+ years of software development experience; or 3 years with an advanced degree True full-stack capability with a front-end preference — approximately 75% FE / 25% BE service-level work Strong proficiency in Vue.js (primary); React or Angular also acceptable - should genuinely be comfortable with front-end work Proficiency in C#/.NET for service-level backend code
- Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL In-depth understanding of the full software development lifecycle (design, development, deployment)
- Experience developing and deploying applications on cloud-native infrastructure Strong
- experience with REST API best practices — security, scalability, performance
- Experience in SQL and NoSQL databases, caching strategies, and data structure design Proficiency with observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana or equivalent) Demonstrated ability to leverage modern AI tooling in day-to-day engineering workflows Excellent analytical, communication, and time management skills Proven ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and product teams Ability to participate in on-call rotation to support Alkami's customers Preferred
- Experience in fintech or banking (deposits, CD accounts, treasury management, or similar financial domain knowledge strongly preferred)
- Experience with SaaS offerings in the technology and financial services industries
- Experience building and deploying on AWS using Kubernetes
- Experience with OpenTelemetry
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the US for full-time employment.
