Responsibilities
- Maintain project governance documentation and ensure project documentation checklists are up to date.
- Coordinate regular project meetings and prepare meeting materials.
- Organize monthly Portfolio Steering Committee (SteerCo) meetings.
- Monitor and review monthly project status across the portfolio.
- Coordinate with business users, Project Managers, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and alignment.
- Monitor project cost trackers and ensure spending remains within the approved budget.
- Consolidate and prepare monthly project cost reports.
- Maintain project benefit documentation and repository.
- Track, consolidate, and validate project benefit realization.
- Coordinate monthly benefit realization meetings with relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure project activities are executed according to the agreed timeline without unnecessary scope changes.
- Support the Portfolio Governance Lead with day-to-day governance activities.
- Perform additional ad hoc tasks based on business priorities.
Requirements
- experience in IT Project Management, PMO, Project Governance, or IT Portfolio Management.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle ( SDLC ), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies. •
- Experience in project governance, PMO processes, project reporting, and portfolio management.
- Knowledge of project budgeting, cost tracking, and benefit realization.
- Understanding of project delivery, acceptance processes, and governance within a fast-paced environment.
