Responsibilities

  • Update and maintain the policy manuals, labor documents, and other documents for each agent.
  • Organize and manage billing payments, compliance needs, and membership status for all Multiple Listing Services and boards the brokerage is member to.
  • Report on various key metrics and data points to the executive team.

Requirements

  • Degree in Business, Operations Management or related field preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficient in project management software (ClickUp, or similar) Proven work
  • experience as Operations Manager or similar role
  • Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
  • Familiarity with real estate business and financial principles Skills
  • Responsible, organized, and diligent, with sense of urgency and attention to detail

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year work experience

  • Work with the Brokers, and regional management in the onboarding of new agents by processing all required documentation by the state Department of Business and Professional Regulation, (license activations, renewals, and off boardings.)
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate/compliant information of the ongoing agent roster
  • Attend to all compliance related matters pertaining to listings as they are conveyed across all necessary systems.
