Requirements

- experience in recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers — ideally within a consultancy or fast-paced environment. - Hands-on
- experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, especially Ashby. - Proficient in LinkedIn tools, especially LinkedIn Recruiter, and familiar with other sourcing platforms and talent engagement strategies. -
- Experience supporting HR operations such as payroll, benefits, and employee services. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. - Familiarity with the Portuguese labor law framework — you don’t need to be a legal expert, but understanding the impact of current regulations on hiring and employee operations is a significant plus. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Portuguese proficiency is a bonus.
