Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain communication through emails, phone calls, LinkedIn, trade shows, and in-person meetings.
- Lead Management: Respond to inbound queries by articulating Volaris' value proposition and acquisition criteria.
- Develop personalized messages to engage decision-makers and coordinate strategic meetings.
- Set up qualified appointments and facilitate the progression of deals through the pipeline.
- Market Research: Conduct research to map out attractive markets and identify potential software companies for acquisition.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify potential acquisition targets.
Requirements
- This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills and a knack for building relationships.
- Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field with excellent academic standing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software like Salesforce is highly desirable.
- Personal Attributes: Professional demeanor, persistent work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
