Senior Specialist - Retail Operations, Seoul

Responsibilities

- Own and lead the end-to-end process for the programs and initiatives that impact and support the entire retail store environment, inclusive of implementation and ongoing process improvement
- Develop innovative systems, programs, and processes that empower our retail store teams to operate at a high level of efficiency in line with our spirits
- Identify methods to improve communication to our retail store teams, inclusive of internal Intranet management, HQ to store communications, store feedback communications, and any other internal communications needs that arise
- Drive the execution of yearly initiatives set forth by the Global Retail Store teams and the Retail Operations department to positively impact our retail stores’ growth and success

In this position you will be a direct liaison between our store teams and our HQ departments and will serve as a first point of contact to gather feedback and offer operational solutions required to support continuous improvement.
experience in retail operations and/or project management;
experience in the sports industry is a plus

experience using data and metrics to inform decision-making and drive improvements
- You have demonstrated success in prioritisation and collaboration across multiple departments (cross functional teams)
- You have a proven ability to identify solutions needed for organisational programs and assess potential points of vulnerability
- You are familiar with retail store technologies; depth of knowledge of logistics and inventory management systems is a plus
