Responsibilities
- Product Discovery & Design Collaboration Wireframing & Prototyping : Utilize modern product design and wireframing tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Miro) to conceptualize user flows, map out use cases, and align stakeholder expectations before development begins.
- Innovation: Lead innovation in Interactive Teller / ITM and banker-assisted experiences Cross-Functional Collaboration & Agile Leadership Scaled Agile Execution: Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Release Train Engineers (RTEs) to run high-impact Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Grooming, and Retrospectives.
- Support real-time transaction processing across channels (branch, ITM, digital) Evaluation of SaaS providers and ability to choose the right technology partners.
- Enable Sales with product messaging, demos, and value articulation.
- Support product launches and market expansion initiatives Client Advisory: Attend customer discovery calls to capture requirements, advise on upcoming features, and present the long-term strategic direction of the product.
