Senior Program Manager, Training Partnerships & Operations

  • Technical & Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of how technical training programs work: content delivery, instructor qualification, learner assessment, certification integrity, and quality assurance.
  • QUALIFICATIONS Required - 4 years + of
  • experience in Program Management, Partner Operations, or Education Operations within a high-growth SaaS or cloud platform company - Demonstrated
  • Experience working within an Education, Enablement, or Training organization at a cloud or enterprise software company - Direct
  • experience coordinating with regional GTM teams to support in-market partner strategies - Familiarity with localization and internationalization workflows for training content -
  • Experience with Snowflake's product ecosystem, partner network, or technical certification programs - SQL proficiency and comfort with BI tools (Snowflake, Sigma) for self-service program analytics and
