Business Systems Analyst (Technical)

Responsibilities

Manage and respond to incidents, requests and changes in timely manner and resolve them within set SLAs.
Identify root cause and propose solution for recurring issues.
Document incident resolution processes.
Facilitate and coordinate with incident management team and business users in case of P1/P2 issue.

experience writing queries or stored procedures in SQL. Minimum 2 years of
experience with HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other WMS applications.
Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial. Knowledge of SSRS is advantageous for generating detailed, structured reports. Let’s talk about Qualifications and
