Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to incidents, requests and changes in timely manner and resolve them within set SLAs.
- Identify root cause and propose solution for recurring issues.
- Document incident resolution processes.
- Facilitate and coordinate with incident management team and business users in case of P1/P2 issue.
Requirements
- experience writing queries or stored procedures in SQL. Minimum 2 years of
- experience with HighJump Warehouse Management System (WMS) or other WMS applications.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is beneficial. Knowledge of SSRS is advantageous for generating detailed, structured reports. Let’s talk about Qualifications and
