Responsibilities
- Generate and pursue new leads via phone, email, and in-person consultations •
- Recommend upgrades and accessories that enhance safety, function, and style •
- Collaborate with installation teams to ensure seamless project execution •
- Maintain detailed customer records and follow-up using ServiceTitan •
- Support your peers and help the team achieve collective success •
Requirements
- Serve as the go-to expert and main point of contact throughout the entire project •
- experience in the trades or home services industry •
- experience using ServiceTitan (or willingness to learn) •
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work indoors/outdoors in various weather conditions •
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) •
- All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings, as well as a Motor Vehicle Record Check.
Experience
- 3+ years of successful sales
