Responsibilities

Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights that support new business processes and refine existing ones.
Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries efficiently to meet business objectives.
Create and maintain detailed reports that combine narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences.
Lead and manage small data projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Build custom reporting queries for Business Operations. What

As part of the Data Mining Group team, your role will require in-depth technical expertise in extracting hidden patterns and insights from large, complex datasets using advanced algorithms and data mining techniques.
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
Minimum of five years' expert experience with Microsoft SQL. •
Experience with medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred.
Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SQL
experience in a Big Data environment.
Ability to proactively develop innovative solutions while balancing multiple tasks.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment. What We Offer
