Responsibilities
- Examine, interpret, and visualize trends in medical data to generate actionable insights that support new business processes and refine existing ones.
- Execute, maintain, and monitor SQL queries efficiently to meet business objectives.
- Create and maintain detailed reports that combine narrative and visual elements to effectively communicate results to diverse audiences.
- Lead and manage small data projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Requirements

- As part of the Data Mining Group team, your role will require in-depth technical expertise in extracting hidden patterns and insights from large, complex datasets using advanced algorithms and data mining techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of five years' expert experience with Microsoft SQL. •
- Experience with medical and pharmacy claims strongly preferred.
- Advanced-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel. SQL
- experience in a Big Data environment.
- Ability to proactively develop innovative solutions while balancing multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to work in a high-performing, collaborative environment. What We Offer
