Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the visual identity system across formats and channels
- Ensure visual consistency across Lenus, Beefit, and Zenfit
- Design & Editing: Lead the hands-on production of creative assets across graphic design, video, and motion - from concept through to final delivery.
- Own creative execution across social media, website, campaigns, presentations, and more
- Drive asset delivery with speed and quality - without compromising either
- Manage the content production pipeline in close collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Lead and Brand Activation Lead.
- Develop campaign concepts and creative territories that resonate with our audience
- Write and craft copy that supports the visual work - headlines, scripts, captions, presentations
Requirements
- Instead, we’re looking for a highly autonomous Creative Lead who operates as a force multiplier meaning leveraging modern creative workflows, including AI-driven tools, to concept, produce, and deliver high-quality work at speed and scale.

- A strong portfolio demonstrating concept-to-delivery creative work across graphic, video, and motion is required while having a good understanding and use of the benefits of tech-driven AI tools. Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on proficiency across the tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, After Effects, and/or AI equivalent •
- Experience developing campaign concepts and seeing them through to final output
- A social-first instinct - you understand what performs on Instagram, LinkedIn, and beyond
- An understanding of how creative connects to results — you think about impact, not just aesthetics
- A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work
