- This is an exciting opportunity to work at the centre of innovation, customer insight and commercial strategy in one of our most impactful orthopaedics product areas.
- What will you be doing? Developing product strategies and annual business plans for the Primary Knees segment, including portfolio life cycle management, informed by deep market analysis and voice of customer insights.
- Leading successful product launches by collaborating with cross functional partners on pricing, forecasting, messaging, launch materials and sales training.
- Managing relationships with global surgeon consultants and supporting innovation and advisory boards.
- Assessing new technologies and business opportunities that align with the product platform strategy.
- Creating marketing content including surgical techniques, sales materials, surgeon focused collateral and digital campaigns.
- Partnering with supply, clinical, medical education and regional commercial teams to drive execution and ensure global alignment- Conducting customer visits and supporting commercial teams in top strategic markets.
- Maintaining deep market knowledge through research, clinical literature, conferences and KOL engagement.
