Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and user experience
- Create detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, wireframes (where appropriate), and functional specifications.
- Validate delivered functionality through acceptance testing and ensure solutions meet customer expectations.
- Analyze customer feedback, support cases, and product usage to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements.
- Define and document agent workflows, decision flows, prompts, and business rules for AI-enabled experiences.
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure solutions are intuitive, user-centric, and aligned with Platform UX standards.
- Coordinate with multiple engineering teams to ensure consistent adoption of Prism capabilities across products.
- Support product demonstrations, customer reviews, and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- This role will bridge Product Management, UX, Engineering, and customers to define AI-enabled product capabilities, agentic workflows, and intelligent user experiences.
- The ideal candidate should be able to translate business problems into clear functional requirements, understand modern AI capabilities, and work closely with engineering teams to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

- Experience defining AI-assisted workflows or automation scenarios. Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI-assisted user experiences.
- Experience with enterprise software products.
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Figma, or similar collaboration tools.
- Understanding of UX principles, design systems, and user-centered design.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies, especially AI.
