Responsibilities

Collaborate and Innovate: Work with cross-functional teams to enhance our core product Code for Success: Develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable solutions.
Mentor and Grow: Guide and mentor junior engineers in a collaborative environment We are building a deep tech ELT product where you will get an opportunity to build product from scratch based out of India .
Problems and Projects You'll Tackle: Architect and develop scalable data integration solutions that seamlessly connect disparate data sources, empowering organisations to unlock the full value of their data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our core product, leveraging your expertise to tackle complex challenges and ensure our solutions meet and exceed customer expectations.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 8+ years of
experience in software development from enterprise background.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or Go or C++ .
Strong understanding of distributed systems, data integration patterns, and cloud-based architectures.
Solid knowledge of SQL and relational/NOSQL databases.
Experience with popular open source data processing engines (Spark, Kafka, Flink or equivalent).
Experience in developing with concurrent & non-blocking systems.
Could have worked in any of the following products like : Distributed file systems, Non Blocking IO, Database replication/backups, Distributed cache, streaming platforms, query engines etc. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software projects on time.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work eﬀectively in cross-functional teams.
