Responsibilities

- Champion a culture of design excellence by setting quality expectations, mentoring through influence, facilitating critique, and modeling best practices across the organization.

Requirements

- Strong understanding of AI-enabled design practices, with the ability to define workflows, influence adoption, and guide quality standards across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate design craft through mentorship, standards-setting, collaboration, and leading by example.
- Experience leading organization-wide transformation of design practices in AI-enabled environments. Hands-on
- experience with agent-assisted development, rapid prototyping, or emerging approaches such as vibe coding.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure, agent orchestration, context management, and designing experiences where AI agents act on behalf of users.
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, retail operations, or other operationally complex enterprise industries.
