- Develop and lead A3 Plan / A3 projects for manufacturing crew, utilizing current and future state value stream maps Deliver business metric results (SQDCP), utilizing tiered management system Provide direct leadership to value stream team leads, production employees and potentially other supervisors Provide indirect leadership to other support functions and other supervisors (matrix organization) Provide coaching, feedback and development to manufacturing crew, Team Leads, and
Requirements
- QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS: Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or combination of equivalent education and leadership experience. 5+ years of supervisory or leadership
