Responsibilities
- You will be accountable for the strategic development, implementation, and management of the EHS business plan and programs at the Goodyear Ballabgarh Factory.
Requirements

- Education: You hold a Degree or Post Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental studies.

- As an EHS Manager, you will report to the Manufacturing Director/AP Regional EHS Manager.
- You will be responsible for the overall strategic development, implementation, and management of all EHS&S programs and compliance
- This includes maintaining EHS records and monitoring progress against established targets and objectives.
- You will partner with the leadership team to drive change and define solutions that align with overall business strategy and objectives, including the company’s operating budget.
- You will provide leadership to the Environment, Health & Safety team by ensuring the right skills and competencies are developed to meet evolving business needs.
- You will ensure full compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety laws and regulations, as well as Goodyear’s internal requirements.
