Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and audit‑ready documentation for all MDAT activity.
Ensure alignment between logistics records, asset status, and financial reporting.
Maintain accurate inventory and asset records in applicable tracking systems.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to support mission needs.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and maintain all associated documentation.
Coordinate with program, engineering, and operations personnel to support ongoing and emerging material requirements.
Generate and maintain logistics‑related reports (e.g., inventory status, MDAT status, CAP‑related asset changes). Required
MDAT Management Complete and track MDAT actions from initiation through closure.

Qualifications: Active TS/SCI with polygraph. Minimum 15 years of
experience in logistics or supply support, to include:Ordering, receiving, and inventorying parts, components, supplies, and equipment. Packaging and shipping of electronic equipment. Demonstrated
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a secure environment.
Qualifications (Nice to Have): Familiarity with organization‑specific systems used for MDAT, CAP, and property or asset management.
Experience with Microsoft Office or similar tools for generating reports and maintaining spreadsheets and logs, consistent with typical expectations for logisticians who produce status metrics and maintain equipment and parts databases.
Experience with rapid procurement of parts, components, supplies, and equipment in support of time‑sensitive mission needs.

Clearance Level Top Secret with Poly The salary range for this role is: $83,500 - $146,000 AeroVironment considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the location, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
